I would like to start off by saying this is the second time I have used Vesel Construction. The first time was because of an unfortunate garage incident which we won't get into details about! The second time was for my new deck which was added onto the side of my garage. From the start of both projects, I met with Mike. He's not your regular pushy "salesman." But someone who truly looks out for the customers best interest. He offered suggestions which I didn't think of and opened my eyes to other options. Mike is down to earth, and very easy to work with. We really enjoyed working with Vesel, especially with the difficulty we've had just finding companies to do work on other projects, let alone schedule around their availability. Our project was a remodeled basement (carpet, some walls, paint, etc. due to a broken septic line between two section of our home. We were very happy they could fit us in relatively quickly after another company did the pipe repairs. Michael was clear and upfront with the project details, the team were polite and clear on what they needed and how long things would take. Overall a good experience and I would for sure recommend Vesel to others in the area.

My husband and I live down near Madison, Wi but recently bought a smaller 2 bedroom home near our daughter in Duluth's Lakeside area. We needed a 1/2 bath put in the basement. My Duluth piano tuner tuned me in to Vesel Construction and they were easy and very reliable to work with. Once we signed the contract we had to interact primarily remotely...[due to 2 knee surgeries and 2 electrical issues with our truck] so we never got to to see what was going on till we made it up to Duluth to view the final project. Wow it was great. Dan and Mike were easy to work with and so helpful. Also I was worried to see what kind of mess they might have left. Well no worries. I actually joked about hiring them to clean the house because they did such a great job of leaving our house in good condition. I have worked with many various construction contractors though out my career and at home. Vesel Construction is one of the best contractors I have worked with. We had significant roof damage to our attached garage this past winter. Turns out the trusses were not made properly and failed. I called Vesel on Monday morning and they responded within an hour and proceeded to shore up the trusses to avoid further collapse saving the structure. They then proceeded to work closely with my insurance company to ensure the repairs were done properly. Their workmanship is excellent, they are professional and know what they are doing. They were able to repair the trusses in place to a level that now exceeds all structural requirements. I had some time constraints and they were able to work in my project in a very timely manner. From my experience working with them, I doubt you would be disappointed.

Six years ago while we were working, a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom, flooding through to the basement. It was an awful mess but Vesel Construction took care of all of it. Since that time we hired Vesel for two other significant projects. The current owner, Mike Sipper, is great to work with. He is responsive, trustworthy, fair, efficient and does BEAUTIFUL work. We can’t say enough good things. I would hire Mike/Vesel Construction for anything we need in the future.
